Can't Log Into the Game. Technical Support Not Helping.

Hi ZOS.

I've been unable to log into the game since Sunday evening 7/14 and technical support has been bouncing me around to different departments without giving me a status or next steps on my issue. My ticket number is 240715-001163. It's been nearly a full week and no one on the technical support staff has reached out to me to troubleshoot the issue. All I've gotten is scripted responses that give no indication of status or what's going on. Can someone please help me here?

Another guild member of mines is going through the same issue. We both bugged out of the Battlegrounds match and we haven't been log back into the game on PC NA for close to a full week. This has been a nightmare. Please help.

    This happened to me and I ended up having to delete the game, all files on my pc including saved user data, all add-ons, etc etc and start over from scratch. Zos also took over a week to respond. Even after detailing everything including sending them data from my pc their only response was to create a new pc profile “and try that”.

    I've also had to delete everything this year due to a bug. I'd make copies of the main game files (or move all of the main files), delete the launcher, re-install the launcher, let the launcher begin the re-install then pause it, transfer the files back to the folders (the launcher will find them and make the install faster) and see if that works. I think I saved Add-on user data, deleted the rest.

    Crashes can cause corrupt files which will make issues with things.Uninstalling and deleting everything associated with eso is best,then reinstall fresh.Copying files might not always work,unless it was a bad spot on the drive and it's rewriting to good spots.

    Make a thread in tech support and highlight your issue there, they'll get in touch with you and if possible other people may be able to help you as well if you explain what the issue is.

    Makes me wonder though, are you playing the Steam/epic games version or the Non-steam/epic one?

    I just uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. Still can't log into the game.
