Giants (Large primitive humanoids) do not count towards todays Endeavour?

Killed a couple giants near the Shatul-Wayshrine in Wrothgar, but despite them being classified as large primitive humanoids they did not count towards today endeavour.

✭✭✭✭✭Giants are their own foe type and from past threads, it appears that ogres are also classified as “giant kin.”
“Barbaric” seems a very vague term but apparently includes goblins and lamia.0
