If my ESO+ subscription expires and I don't renew it, or I cancel it, will I still be able to put items in the craft bag if instances of that same item are already in the bag? e.g. if I have, say, 10000 ta runes in the craft bag, and I receive another ta rune, can I move it to the craft bag if ESO+ is not currently active?

One your subscription runs out, nothing can be added to the back anymore. Including items for already existing stacks in there.2 -

When your ESO Plus membership lapses you will not be able to place any additional items into your Craft Bag, however, you will still be able to access and use any items already in your bag. Your crafting materials will not be deleted or removed from your Craft Bag until you remove them.

✭✭✭✭✭That would basically be keeping the craft bag forever otherwise. As you would just have to not use up any type of item. Not many new materials are added, usually only a few new style materials each year.1 -
