I have put in a ticket to get my gifting turned back on. If you will not turn it back on at least take the crowns from my account and either refund them or gift my friend an alliance transfer.
Ticket reference number - 240614-006308

This really should be just turned back on for everyone and then go after the bad actors if exploits are still happening!

i am happy to respond to CS directly with friends acct name.

@Kyernin I checked in on your ticket and I see that it is still active and awaiting an agent. Please keep in mind that ticket volumes are higher than usual currently, and we ask that you refrain from sending multiple replies or tickets as this can also slow down the process.

That is a generic answer and not related to what I posted, Either refund the crowns or take them and give him the alliance transfer!

What is related to your response, I know several people looking for jobs and are more than happy to work remotely and can help with this back log of tickets! Where should they apply?

The default setting for gifting crowns should be "on". Everyone should be able to gift crowns until they do something that warrants the privilege be revoked. A brand new account should be able to gift crowns if they decide to buy them.

People engaged in fraudulent transactions simply create new accounts to continue so this would do nothing to prevent such activity.

The current system is to penalize every player for the actions of a few offenders. That's not how things are supposed to work, especially with something as valueless as an in game currency.

After over a month this has finally been resolved and gifting turned back on!

I guess finally posting in multiple areas got some attention as they shut all those threads down which were just as relevant as any other post, but they got more attention when posted multiple places!

I am not suggesting spamming or posting in non relevant threads, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
