I have put in a few tickets to get my gifting turned back on. If you will not turn it back on at least take the crowns from my account and either refund them or gift my friend an alliance transfer.

This really should be just turned back on for everyone and then go after the bad actors if exploits are still happening!

    Everyone should be able to gift crowns without having to ask for permission, at least until they prove they are abusing the system. The default setting should be everyone should be able to gift their crowns.

    I didn't know we had to ask permission. I thought the ability to gift items from the Crown Store would automatically unlock after 180 continuous days of logging in. But actually, I don't think I've ever missed any logins in the last 200 days, and I'm still locked out. How can we request it?

    Running into the same situation here. I have submitted at minimum 5 tickets relating to Crown Gifting... just getting the forever death hold pending phrase - "Waiting on Agent."
