I want a refund of my crown purchase! This is not a customer service delay it is just being ignored. I guess its time to start leaving bad reviews on all social platforms warning people of the terrible CS!

    General seems like a perfectly fine place to spread knowledge and awareness of the lack of CS, and to inform people of what they may have to suffer also!
