Suspender belts. Your separate hose attach to this as well.

For Bretons. Dunmer would probably wear fundoshi.

Although, wait, there actually is a ritual dressing guide for ordinators, including details about correct underwear:

Remember the first capes in mmo's? Basically a colored square on the back. I like the capes in DCUO, but that's superheroes so it's expected there.

This has been asked alot before

The short answer is sadly no due to physics engine limitations (also physics + latency is alot of fun). We have a few cape like items but they are all glued to our characters and don’t really flap around like you’d expect a cape to do.

Yeah physics is limited but they can make fancy mounts for 5000 crowns on the market.

I don’t see how that is relevant seeing as mounts are not limited by anything like physics.

Honestly, the capes doesn't need to have very complex physics system, it can just be an animation that works for x, y and z position.

We have mounts with very good cloth animations, like camels, or even the curtain in the window in Weatherleah.

If you fit a decent, responsive animation, you don't need any complex physics system.

This has been hashed out for years. To those that think it is possible, PLEASE look at the Breton costume and see what we are saying. Afaik, they had capes in Alpha but removed them. They just don't work.

Yeah it's really weird to play a game without anything physics related and no beautifully draping cloth pieces, even fake ones, but that's a design choice I'd assume. Not that those are guaranteed to be actually good if implemented, recent cosmetics doesn't make me feel confident at all.
