7 DAILIES, 7 SCRIPTS not for the character

I ran 7 dailies and got 7 scripts but non for the character that acquired them, what gives?

Which type of dailies?

Each set of dailies will only drop one type of script, so if a character has already obtained all the scripts of a given type then the drops will go back to being random.

Focus Scripts: DLC zone delve dailies and Mages Guild dailies
Signature Scripts: DLC World Boss dailies and Fighters Guild dailies
Affix Scripts: DLC Incursion dailies and Undaunted dailies and random dungeons

Note that there are also more Affix scripts to collect and fewer quests that will source them, so it tends to be the last group finished.

You are missing the IC city dailies from the Affix list. There is one guaranteed there each day as well.

All of those, fighters guild-mages guild-world boss-dungeon-undaunted. I have done them all, got scripts but not one was usable for the character that got them.

If you're getting repeats you've finished that branch of the scripts from droppables. There are a handful that are from the Scribing Quest only and part of the Mage's Guild Script Chase that you may be thinking are drops from dailies.

Dont forget the ones you can find in the mages guilds too (not dailies)

If you need exactly 9, it sounds like you may be missing the mages guild scripts that are picked up off the ground in the following mage guild locations:

Auridon
Grahtwood
Reaper's March
Stonefalls
Deshaan
The Rift
Glenumbra
Stormhaven
Bangkorai

These scripts do not drop in coffers and instead can be picked up by each character by visiting these locations.

It's actually good to know that those don't drop from the dailies, so we can do dailies on other characters without getting the Mages Guild scripts first. Yay
