Scrivener's Hall: Did mechanics change?

I have just run Scrivener's Hall on normal as a tank and I noticed during endboss fight some behavior of mechanics that was not present when I ran it a couple of monts ago on a regular basis (and when I also tanked it on veteran):
During the second and third fight phase when we fight Valinna the tank also can now get Immolation Trap that did not happen before. This is very damaging for the fight as the tank no longer can move around and follow the teleporting boss for instance. It happened to me twice during the second fight phase when we first fight Valinna and then the spider that I was getting the trap and while the trap was building up the spider enraged. This is very damaging for the group - and specifically for random groups because in that case the healer would need some taunt abilities to fetch the spider.

I don't know but that the tank can get the trap seems new to me. From the fights a couple of months ago it was always two of the non-tank players that got the trap.
