Whitestrake's Mayhem under-level-50 campaign request

These suggestions only apply to a second under-level-50 campaign if one is added for the Whitestrake's Mayhem event.

For the next 2024 Whitestrake's (Midyear) Mayhem PvP event, if a second under-level-50 campaign is added for the event, request that this second campaign have the following features:
-- No-proc campaign: process (proc) effects will not fire in campaign (just like no-CP campaign)
-- For gear (armor, weapons, & jewelry), only the White-level buffs are applied: if present, Blue, Green, Purple, or Gold buffs are not applied to gear, even for dropped gear
-- Volengrung (the Hammer) doesn't spawn (just like no-CP campaign)

Players who play under-level-50 PvP in gold-quality advanced sets will still have the "Icereach" campaign for their play. However, if a second under-level-50 campaign is to be added for the PvP event, it would be great if new and average players had a campaign (for the duration of the event) where they are (perhaps) not at such an extreme disadvantage against highly advanced players using gold-quality advanced sets.

I think the "under-level-50 campaign" should be completely removed from this world.
It's a killing ground for veteran players's under-level-50 characters hunting newbies, and there are toxic guilds selling the Emperor's Rights.
There are hardly any people there at ever given time and it's a waste of server resources.
Beginners go for the no CP or CP. it's ok.

Another way to preserve the original vision of under max level pvp campaigns would be to have a campaign for accounts that don't have CP yet. That way you can be as sure as you can be that there are mostly new players learning how pvp works. I realize that could be circumvented by making a new account, but that's the only thing I can think of to ensure new players are fighting new players.

Yup, I got my first emperor title in the under 50 campaign within 3 days of it starting when I was leveling my arcanist with crafted gear. There's honestly no competition and it's just noobs so I'd like to see this campaign disabled for players who have achieved any champion points, like someone else suggested.

Any and all under 50 campaigns on PS NA are always completely empty, even during the PvP event. I would prefer shifting those assets to the main campaign where the queue is 2+ hours.

I've never seen it that way. While there is less going on, there's usually something happening when I'm on during evening hours on PCNA.

It sounds like a different approach should be used for different servers then, based on need.

On Gray Host prime time I can get into the campaign now without having to wait in the queue during the week.
