✭✭✭✭✭I used to play proc no-cp and the introduction of no-proc is when I stopped doing cyrodiil and IC. Not sure if I need to go back to no-cp now, but I'd be more inclined to go there knowing my gear will work (since I modify my pve builds instead of making whole new setups for pvp).[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.

Currently, yeah pretty much. But next patch in mid August procs are getting reenabled (just still CP disabled, so like BGs). That might bring it back, but the jury is still out.1 -
