PC Gamers - Do you run close to minimum spec ?

I run the game on most max settings (i think i have shadows and water quality 1 less than max) I get 60fps 99% of the timePC/NA/DC

FlyingSwan✭✭✭✭✭I run bleeding edge, but not for ESO as it doesn't take advantage of it. CPU sits at a max of 50% across all cores, and the GPU at maybe 51% if I am lucky. I did run some Perfmon traces and there's a bottleneck elsewhere in the game, so hardware becomes ineffective after a certain point with this particular game.0 -
