I am currently struggling to get the 50 keys for the motif page available at Urgalag. When do I have to expect that she changes her offer and I no longer will be able to purchase it for keys?

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭✭✭Any shoulder pages that are on offer for 50 keys also have a chance of dropping in the 1-key coffers. Usually.
Note however that there tends to be a bug (which is the case for the Blind) when brand new never-before-released shoulders will accidentally not be added to the drop table. In theory, you should also be able to get the Blind shoulder to drop from the 1-key coffers, with a higher drop rate if you got the hard mode achievement. However, as it's bugged, it does not yet seem to be dropping.
They've tended to fix that in an incremental and then extend the drop window, so expect that may happen.
Most people do prefer to gamble on the 1-key coffers as you do tend to get it before you spend 50 keys on the individual coffers, especially if you have the HM. However, with the Blind currently bugged, it is best to get the 50-key page or wait until the bug is fixed.1
