from the forums or from playing eso.

The answer to both is yes.

If you wish to delete your eso account and you have steam you sign into the eso webpage for support and make a ticket. it may take some time but they will def do it

same for forums.

if you have steam you can restarrt as you steam eso is only deleted by steam. but if you start over thsat way it's all the way from the beginning
