ToT story quest requirements need to change

Please remove PvP rank requirement from ToT story quests. I just want to experience and complete the story, I have no intention to play a card game against other players. Yet you are forcing me to do so by merging PvP ranking requirement for PvE story quests. I know there is a way to just play against npc and do the npc daily but that takes way too long to get up to veteran rank to complete the story quests. Please change the requirement, add a separate rank for PvE ToT or just add "win x amount of ToT match against y rank npc" requirement or something, just please change the current rank requirement.

I will clarify :
1. PvP should not be a requirement for PvE story quests.
2. It takes too long to rank up ToT ranks to do 3 story quests. It is unacceptable and nonsensical and thus it needs to change.
3. A simple solution would be to give quest "Win X number of games against Y rank npc" to progress the storyline.
4. For those who are still confused why I don't just play against other players, playing against players is PvP, while this storyline is PvE. Try to understand the difference between PvP and PvE.0
