Mark my word : there will be too much ink soon. Everybody whining about the drop rate but it's more than enough. The price already drop around 50% since last week and will still dropping.
The way ZOS implement it is organic. We earn ink as long as we play the game and still learning / discovering the scribing possibility over the weeks / months.
