Dear ZOS... @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno Please add this NPC in the game.. I think its ridiculous that I have to pay real life money just to make some small ajustments to my charecters appearence.. especially changing my charecters hair color.. I don't mind paying gold to do these ajustments... Or paying for the NPC with crowns to add to my house to make ajustments for free.
