Missing skill point for characters created after Gold Road update

With Gold Road Soul Trap ability was changed from being granted with Soul Magic to being purchasable for skill point.
This means every character created before the update got it for free and now has additional skill point compared to new characters

✭I can confirm that the base skill of Soul Trap is no longer granted for "free" like it used to be. I just tested a full skill respec on a character created during PC launch, and the respec removed the base skill of Soul Trap that had always been granted for free. I don't know if it actually gave me back that skill point though, I'd need to count every single point since the respec UI skill point counter does not update when removing skill points...
But on a side note, characters created before the Morrowind DLC are also shorted 1 skill point because they're not able to do the Morrowind Tutorial quest. And they never fixed that problem either...0
