Can't use a learned script in scribing

So I'm trying to Binding Burst on my DK. But Immobilize is yellowed out (at least I think it is, the color difference is so small it's hard to tell). But it doesn't show up under Soul Burst so I think so. Despite that I can't learn it because although I have the script it says script is already known. This seems like a bug to me, but maybe I'm missing something?
