Can someone please give me some insight as to what is going on here?
I have taken a screenshot of the same skill on the same character but in two different places. As I travel around the stats for this skill change drastically, and I just can't figure out why.
Some side notes:
- In both cases this character has all the same gear and same build.
- The only buff this character has is a very simple food buff.
- This character's HP is the same both in and out of Cyrodiil.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

buggy tooltips lol
ive heard some of the scribing skills dont update tooltips entirely or at all to adjust for things like battle spirit
but in the case of the shield, it is definitely functioning correctly to show battle spirit being applied
theres 2 numbers on battle spirit, the -50% and -55%
dmg is under the -50%, healing is under -55%, didnt remember off hand if the shields fell under the 50 or 55% lolplays PC/NA
