Request: "Contest" tags and the ability to search guilds by name

Basically, if "House of Le'blem" guild has a housing contest, I would LOVE to be able to search "House of Le'blem" guild, and then sort by houses tagged "contest" .
How I envision it working is that when you list a house, you get the option to assign it to one of your 5 guilds while tagging it.
This would make housing contests open to the public, which could be a wonderful tool of community building, not to mention guild recruitment!
