Do you know if scribing skills are supposed to benefit from the passives of the skill line to which they belong?
I've observed several things that make me a little dubious about this:

• For me, when I slot an Ulfsild spell, the Magicka Controller passive in the mages guild does show 2% more magika, but my magika isn't increased at all as expected.
• A guildmate doing the same thing sees the Magicka Controller passive activate, and benefits from the extra magika.
• I see that there's a Signature Script called Wayfarer's Mastery that adds improved functionality of skill line passives to a scribed skill when written to a grimoire. So this gives the feeling that, by default, spells don't benefit from passives, but you need this Signature to do so.

Unfortunately, the patch note for U42 doesn't say anything about this. If you have any more information, I'd love to hear from you! Thanks :-)
