Gold from guild store sales not receiving when opening mail

I just noticed that when I opened a mail from a guild store sale, the gold amount was not added to my balance, but the mail was gone. I am on PS5 and used the X button as indicated to collect the gold. But it didn't work. I am honestly not sure if this happened with any of the sales I made during the past few day too. This is disturbing as I have been selling a lot of gold upgrade materials. This instance was 33.480 gold. I have save a screen recording of this, so I will also make ticket for it. But I want to warn other to make sure you check your gold balance before collecting the mail and afterwards to make sure you received the gold.

I found out that it is actually a visual bug. The amount of gold was suddenly there after logging into that character again later. So, relogging (and according to a guild mate also traveling to another zone) is a workaround. But I hope this bug gets fixed.

Just happened to me too, thanx for heads up, I almost lost my mind and it was an 1mil sale!

Teleporting to another zone fixed it.

It has been happening since the mail changes, and still has not been fixed, guess it isn't a priority to fix an issue that causes stress!

I can confirm that this happened to me this morning on XBox NA as well, so seems to be across all platforms. Appreciate knowing that it's still there, but it's still really worrying to claim large sums of gold and not see it added to your total. Plus seeing as it's cross-platform, I think this is worth looking into.
