Launcher Issue Post Update

After my launcher went through the update process yesterday, June 26th, I can no longer get it to open. I am always met with a error message, "Timeout waiting for window to load. Please try to restart the launcher".
I have tried several fixes online, ranging from changing things in msconfig, the registry, adding the entire ESO folder & launcher exe into my ESET anti-virus & firewall permissions, I have tried moving it onto another SSD, even a system restore, to no avail. I even completely disabled ESET & it still wouldn't launch & running the launcher in admin mode changes nothing.

Any suggestions would go a long way, I run a small pve guild (170+ members) and am becoming very anxious not being able to tank our trials.
I am a US player & have played since early access back in 2014, i've never encountered an issue launching the game until yesterdays launcher update.

Given the steps you have already tried, I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team so that they can take a closer look at your system and try to find out what is causing this. You can do so here. Please make sure to mention what steps you have taken so far so that they can better rule things out.

I've been having a similar issue, except my launcher was "loading" for a few minutes, then popping up with a system message saying "Failed to download the applications library, Please verify network connection" with a close button on it that shuts down the whole launcher. Yesterday, when the launcher updated, it started loading endlessly and I closed it through task manager, but when I restarted it, it worked as normal. Today, no such luck.

What fixed it for me was deleting the ProgramData file from the launcher file in my Zenimax folder, then removing all files in that folder named "host.developer.X" where X is a number. I found the suggestion in an old post on this forum.

I initially tried that but it didn't work for me, was really hoping that was the problem.

Thank you, I sent in a ticket!

Fingers crossed there is a simple fix.

Just start the game directly, bypass the launcher, my game was totally unplayable till I came somebody suggesting this and it worked 100% for me. No more troubles. Something in the launcher is very sick for some users.
