Switching Platforms and Gifting Crown Store Items

If I switch from PlayStation to PC do I need to wait a new period before being able to gift Crown Store items to people, or is the good standing of my PlayStation account taken in to consideration if I make a request ticket to unlock gifting for PC?

✭✭✭✭✭if you are using the same eso account for both platforms i believe it should be unlocked 30 days after your first crown purchase or first eso plus day, that's the default waiting time i believe.
