[REQUEST] Add past event item boxes to all events

There are some events (I forget which ones) that allow us to buy from Philius boxes with past event items in them, but unfortunately these aren't available in all events (e.g. the current one, Zeal of Zenithar). Currently, I'm on 10 event tickets out of 12, and have no idea what to spend the tickets on, because there's nothing available that I want to buy. Providing these past event boxes with every event would definitely mitigate this problem a lot.

I should clarify: I'm NOT referring to the current items that can be purchased from Philius, instead I meant that, for this event for example, I should be able to purchase from Philius a Zenithar's Delightful Parcel from 2023 event or earlier. Similarly for other events.

if you are referring to the yesteryear bags, those are sold by the impressario.

[edited to add: during Whitestrake's Mayhem the bags have old collectibles and the Gates of Oblivion event had the Bounties of Blackwood reward bundle collectibles.

Jubilee and Witches' Festival also had them. for Witches Festival the bags are the only way to acquire the Skeletal Marionette memento for example.
i don't remember any other events with those bags]

Also the 2022 and 2023 Zeal of Zenithar outfit styles can be acquired fron current Delightful Parcels so what from 2023 do you need?
