idk why it posted double, is there a delete button?
Click on your own post that was double where you can see a number #3, it should be a link which then re-load page and next time you click there (where you see keg wheel) then it should bring up different options like EDIT or REPORT. If you can't delete post then just report it and explain that it was a double post to mods.
Another option is just to replace that content in post with edit option with a text telling readers of post that it was a double post, so nobody will think that there was something important that they might have missed out on or if anybody might have been used that post with a quote that it suddenly will point to something that is now gone.
I know it doesn't fully address the OP's query, though, because it's not a composite map of all the zone maps, but this appears to be the closest we'll get. I haven't found any others better than this one.

PC(Steam) / EU / play from Melbourne, Australia / avg ping 390
That map have links to UESP wiki when you click on a map pin and can be navigated by click (hold) and moving mouse.
The first link will show each map zone layer by layer (going from World map to Zone or Instance if we talk about Dungeons/Trails maps ), so both maps have their usages depending how you would want to navigate and what you are looking for.

If OP are looking for quest or quest giver/pin, then UESP seem to be more easy to use for that usage as quest/map pin can be seen directly on map when zoomed down to that level. On gamemap version you will have to use its search feature to find which NPC that are connected to a quest or v.v or use its wiki page (button: Go to Article in the upper centre of view). UESP have a search field on left side which can be used to fast navigate to location, NPC or quest.
Both make of the use same wiki source as far as I can tell so it is more matter of what one like more in how same information are presented and how to navigate from each map view on site.
There are other sites that also have made maps that can be used, but those two should provide enough information and also be rather up to date with latest content from West Weald.
If you are playing on PC and have not an issue to use addon then there are two addon that offering high-resolution world map (and zone).
Use only one at a time (disable the other as active addon) as it is likely to cause conflict as both will show the same thing, but might have different position for pin. I have used Highly Detailed World Map with Map Pin, Lorebook and Quick Map Navigation which place link on the border of zone map to fast get to other zone map that are connected to zone and haven't any issue to get where I wanted or find what I needed from those addon.
Just make sure that you will use Minion to download and always have your client (game) closed to avoid that you install/update addon while game are still running.
So first close game client before starting Minion (as Minion default is to update addon, if there a new update) and then run game client to check if addon are working as it should and make changes from in game Settings>Add on if add on have that option to make any adjustment - for Highly Detailed World Map there is nothing to change from Settings - but for Quick Map Navigation there are some settings that can be changed, if I recall it correctly.
