how to get dolmen-style fast travel emote/style

So lately I would heard the dolmen sound (the sound of my people as my friends call it as I do so many) .. and i didn't see one on the map .. then I saw it was another player fast traveling and their FT style or emote was a mini dolmen with the sound ..
What impossible task do I need to do to get one? thanks ...
