It's been in the crates since March for both Console and PC.
True, you wouldn't have seen the character of Nahlia until Gold Road released, but the armor has been available since the crates released and anyone who bought it would have been able to wear it.2 -

True, you wouldn't have seen the character of Nahlia until Gold Road released, but the armor has been available since the crates released and anyone who bought it would have been able to wear it.
