Can't Gift to my buddy

Hey so I wanna use my 1200 remaining crowns to buy the cadwell hobby horse for my friend before it goes away tonight but I seem to be blocked from gifting. Can this be fixed? I've got the 10 year anniversary badge for playing since beta with the brown monkey and everything so idk why I'm not on the gift eligible list.

    You have to submit a ticket to get gifting turned on for an account. Check the pinned pages at the top. One on them talks about gifting.

    Thanks. Yeah I've got a ticket open too, I'm just longshot hoping someone sees this and expedites it so I can gift the item tonight before it disappears from the store.
