I'm being selfish really I know it's purely a Tanking ability to debuff enemies with Breach... but i have a 1H&S DD for fun build i made and I'd SO love to have a Pierce Armor that hits a bit harder so it could feel more closely to a good spammable.
And if not Puncture, why not make Low Slash do more damage instead. Could always get Major Breach from somewhere else.

That way it would continue to be of no interest to DD's, but make overland a bit less tedious for tanks who don't want to carry a bunch of different sets and frequently be reslotting skills for differing scenarios.
For PvP, either use battle spirit to control things or just balance PvE and PvP separately.

It happens already at a noticeable frequency. Those skills should be as obvious as possible that it is not for damage dealers.

If said people could read, puncture does say it “taunts enemies to attack you” and it says it’s a tank skill. It’s just a hard lesson some people need to learn, that the tank should be the only one taunting unless stated otherwise.
