Maintenance for the week of November 4:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 6, 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EST (23:00 UTC)

These dots should still be bundled in with AOE as that's where they originated.

Explain how that video is related to your threads title? Watching a video just to figure out what you mean isn't the best way to start a discussion.

As an example which DOTs are you talking about? What AOEs don't have "bundled" DOTs?

Be more precise when you start a discussion as watching a video that as far as In know only explain different types of DOTs and their status effect (which again is a different matter as status effect is what target will get as a debuff or buff depending on type of DOT which is the damage that it can do while active as it is a damage over time [DOT]).

You see here we have at leat three type of "damage" source one (when we focus on you threads title with DOT, AOE and status effect) which isn't doing damage by itself but changes how much damage will be done or changes how damage can be applied [if status effect is chilled it will slow down target and depending on champion points, skill passives etc will also change damage or heal, if we talk about healing abilites which is also a DOT, but instead called HoT for Healing over time).

It's timestamped. But for some reason that doesn't work with the forum's integrated video.

    2 minutes in.

It's self explanatory. But integrated timestamped link didn't work (it's still visible).
2 minutes into the video it is made clear.

DOTs from Carved and Noxious Breath get boosted by Deadly Aim champion perk (single target damage boost).

Given that the origin of the attack was AOE (and carve/noxious are exclusively AOE), AOE champ perk should boost instead.
