For the last 6 months on starting ESO via steam on pc EU, ESO starts goes through the Bethesda splash screens and gets to the screen with the spinning ourobouros at the bottom right and then just stops responding and the orouboros stops spinning. At this point I can't even task manager out and have to do a full pc restart. It stopped happening for a while. Lately it, it does it at least 3 times before I can get in the game. It's on windows 10.
Someone suggested it could be discord related, so since I hardly use it, I uninstalled it but that hasn't helped. All my addons are up to date.
Anyone have any idea about this please?
I'm doing a permanent move to Linux later in the year so maybe that'll fix it.
