Outages 1 hour before PS5-EU Reset 2 days in a row? Need better outage notices!

The reset time in the EU is at 10 pm here in Texas. So the 2 days of maintenance windows started 1 hour before the reset.
Not world stopping of course, but I therefore missed picking up the daily reward on PS5-EU and PS5-NA for that matter. Couldn't this have been delayed 1 hour to align with at least one reset?
EDIT: Today's appears to have been an emergency one (my guess based on the timing). ZOS, you would have done better posting something here and making that clear ahead of time!
EDIT2: Adjusted the title. I still disliked going down 1 hour early for the Gold Road release, but ah well. It would have helped me not waste 40 minutest or so thinking my PS5 had choked up on the Gold Road release, only to finally find that the system had a "planned outage" that was not noted in the forums, especially not with a yellow bar that I saw. (I looked here first.)

✭✭✭I misread the outage, though I wasted a lot of time thinking something messed up on my PS5.
Something probably went wrong when they released Gold Road so they had to do a quick "maintenance" (no notice here as with most of those) to fix that.
I managed to get the daily login reward and 2 endeavors. The stupid group event in Touthmaul Gully wouldn't respond in the 5 minutes I had to wait there though.
