seeker's archive bug

I got to mora, with my arcanist, and mora says u know what to do. i don't get credit for talking to him, and no other dialogs appear beccause i have completed ncerom chapter.

I suggest submitting a ticket via the in-game menus.
I submitted one for PC/NA and referred to the thread linked above. After the initial auto-response, and a few scripted responses, I was told on Oct-21 that the ticket was being escalated. I have not heard anything since.1 -

I would guess because it is a known bug and so Support can't do much other than make sure the devs are aware.

DrScott59✭✭✭The information cited in the previous two posts, above, is NOT the same issue being discussed here.
That "not able to interact" was exactly that: Players were sometimes unable to interact AT ALL with the statue -- no quest marker, no prompt, no dialog. That particular issue -- the one mentioned in both posts #5 and #6 above -- was actually fixed in U39.
This is a different issue. You CAN interact; there is a quest marker and dialog. But the dialog is wrong -- and does not provide any option that completes the quest. I have confirmed this with support, via my open ticket.0 -
Sbonaker✭✭After the latest update 12/5/23 I cannot interact with Mora to complete the seekers archive quest. I see the quest marker, and can see an NPC name with a health bar when I get close, but there's no prompt or way to interact.
Have tried dismissing my companion, waiting, reloadui, logging off / on, and fast traveling away and going all the way back through 🥲
