Credit not granted for Stonefalls Adventurer achievement: progress blocked

I have completed 59/59 quests for the Stonefalls Adventurer achievement but the achievement is not granted.

It obviously blocks progress to the Hero of the Ebonheart Pact achievement which in turn blocks progress on the Adventurer Across a Decade which puts the Fractured Glory skin out of reach for me.

I made a bug report (240615-003270) but nobody every responds to those reports and the issue is never fixed. Is my account just permanently broken or is it possible to get this fixed?

    Bug reports do not get a response by nature. They say that when you submit them.

    Have you filed a help ticket? If you can do that and post the number here, Kevin or someone else might be able to help it along.

    I would make another pass through the Stonefalls zone to see if there are any miscellaneous quests you haven't completed yet, and if so, complete them to see if it helps. It seems to me that most zones have more "unique quests" than are called for by those types of achievements, so if an achievement doesn't seem to be "popping" you could try doing another quest or two to see if it helps.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

    I tried that, even installed an addon to find the missing quests. That didn't work. I ran my alts through the zone completing the main storyline, which also didn't work.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I opened ticket 240616-000911. I really would like to see this fixed.

    Scratch that, 240616-000911 was also a bug report, I find it very confusing to navigate to an appropriate section of their support. I opened up a "Missing item" report under 240616-000946 which seems to actually offer support.

    It is really so uncommon that someone has progress blocked on an achievement by a bug?
    I have this kind of bug too and I find it really frustrating as this actually actually block even other achievements. I tried asking for help via support and nobody gives any official answer. How is that possible that in ten and more years of game, there is no procedure for fixing this sort of problems?
