Infinite load screen on PC EU

I'm getting an infinite load screen trying to get to character select on PC EU right now. It's a steam account. Rebooted router, no change.

Gegensmith✭✭✭✭Didn't help. Same thing happened again tonight. Kicked from the game while looking at my skills menu. Booted with unexpected error. Infinite load screen trying to get to character select. Switched to another account (non-steam), swapped server (which swaps the steam one too). Tried the steam again and same thing -- infinite load screen to reach character select.0

Gegensmith✭✭✭✭Correction: not infinite, but extremely long. If this is a new feature designed to address the DoS attacks, it's picking up false positives.0
