@katanagirl1, We are looking into the status of your ticket now. However, customer service has been experiencing longer than normal wait times. They are working to get through gifting requests as soon as they can.

You will get message if you can't Gift an item when you click on that button, button in it self doesn't indicate if you can or can not Gift in Store.
