I find it odd that it doesn’t give out stamina recovery and stamina. Yet slayer for fighters guild effects weapon and spell damage….

    Just something they've completely forgotten about tbh.

    Don't think that passive has been altered since the game's release.

    Yea…..just be nice…..ugh….. they should change the empower passive cause most classes can get that easily. Mostly. Plus I remember it use to be a single hit damage then turned to heavy attack then turned to heavy attack on mobs only……ugh.
