Scribing Questions

Still a bit confused over a few things.

If character #1 does a daily writ and gets the scrap, can another character get a scrap by doing a Fighters Guild daily, for example on the same day?

Does the scribing merchants inventory change? He seems to have different things today from what he had last week when I checked his inventory.

The second character can get a scrap, but it isn't guaranteed.

Scraps are account based, not character.

Yep, the two merchants (one in scholarium and one in infinite archive) have rotating wares.

I'm still not understaind the script drops though, I thought they were one per activity type. But last night I did a delve quest in two different zones and got a script drop from each container so not sure on the exact drop restraints on those ones.

First, Scripts and Scraps are two different things.

Scraps are for:

You use them to add to the achievement to get the ability to purchase the class mastery script from the Vendor at the Scholarium. These are primarily earned by character through Random Dungeons, Trials, and the sort. The writs appear to be account wide though.

As for the Scripts, they are of course, what is used to imbue the skills with abilities for scribing.

Currently, this may change, you are guaranteed 9 curated drops a day.
Mage, Fighter's and Undaunted Dailies
Zone World Boss, Zone World Event, Zone Delve Dailies
Rewards for the Worthy from PvP, Cyrodiil Daily and Imperial City Daily.

Your first one of each of these will give a guaranteed script that is curated for the CHARACTER you are turning it in/opening on.

Beyond that, every activity that you repeat has a 25% or so chance to drop another script.

Thanks! Yeah the scraps are what I was wondering about. I get ONE doing a daily master writ but someone said I could get more doing Fighters Guild daily quests, etc but I haven't seen more than one per day on my account.

LOL it's going to take me forever to get 50.

Seravi, if you run a random daily dungeon you will also get a master scrap as well as a script per alt. I've rune 7 randoms a day since Sunday and have 30 scraps (did a couple of writs as well)
