Can I transfer a scribing script between characters?

I am on console, so I don't have experience yet with scribing. But I am wondering, if I collect a scribing script on character A, can I put it in the bank and the let character B take it and learn in? Or are they character bound?

Nope, curation is character based. Once you unlock all scripts on a character it switches to RNG.I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.0 -

Don't you mean that they're account-bound, not character-bound? In other words, the scripts show as "Bound" in the UI (which is account-bound) and character-bound items show as "Character Bound" in the UI.Yes, you can transfer scripts!
