Can we simplify group health bars without addons?

I mean that I'd like to disable the pink and purple from the group health bars. I just need it blue and black, it's more effective for me. I've been searching on settings but I'm not sure if it's possible or how to do it.

I didn't find a setting for that. The same problem has been reported by healers in my raid group. The new health bar is a huge hindrance to them, especially in those trials that have a lot of oblivion damage

I just played a Battleground match and found out that I'm having the same issue with opponents health bars appearing in red and pink. I don't know what's happening. Probably I messed up some settings and now I can't fid out how to fix it. Any ideas?

For now I decided to completely remove all health bars, since I'm playing mostly as dd at the moment. But it's not the ideal. I'd really like to find out a way to correct the health bars.
