You can link furnishings together when using the housing editor and then you can move them together.

illuminated writing is on the Grandmaster Crafting stations, no idea if there's other furnishings with illuminated writing

There are users who link illuminated crystals together to make signage in their guildhouses.

As the user above said, grandmaster tables if attuned enough will have glowing symbols on them as well as a glowing sign for that specific station.

You can use the precision editor when selecting your items and depending on the settings you have selected 1 cm, 10cm, 100cm to move in your desired direction. You can also switch this and do the same with rotations though it's only .05 degrees, 1 degree, and 15 degrees.

Right-click on a piece of furniture, then, at the bottom, choose Link, you have the parent piece (the main piece you will move after the child pieces are all linked). So hover over each child piece you want to link to the parent. You can do this one at a time or one after another. no rush. Make sure to in the bottom left choose Confirm.

You should also check the keybind settings: some of us use right click for a different action.

The post I was replying to mentioned right clicking, so I just replied to that, in case someone on PC reads this thread.
