When does this release?

Anyone have an idea on when these following cosmetic items release?
- Personality, Master of Schemes
- Skin, Deadlands Scorcher
Both are listed as "Acquired through purchase, promotion, or event" I know the Deadlands Scorcher skin comes from morphing the monolith pet with deadlands fragments from the Impresario, but each time she comes it seems she only deals out the fragments for the Doomchar Plateau instead.
The Master of Schemes personality is from morphing the molag bal illusion imp pet yes, but last i remember was that twice (?) she only had the fragments for the planemeld body markings.
is there any order, or pattern, that these are in her shop during events? will either of these be a secondary grab during the upcoming Zeal event?
(side note to the devs: when i previewed the master of schemes personality, the crossed arms kind of "levitate" over characters chests, making it seem like they're doing the universal 'Im choking' gesture in a front view angle, walking animation looks great though!)

✭Master of schemes had 2 parts in jubilee, so no one has it yet. The third (and previous 2) parts will be available during Zenithar in a couple of weeks. They will also (unconfirmed) almost certainly be available in december for new life also.
Scorcher is also Q2, so was available during jubilee and once again during zenithar. if you miss it you will have to wait until probably next jubilee.
