companion issues?

The customization of the companion is very sparse, why can't customize the helmet, hairstyle, skins, identity at the satellite's why doesn't the companion appear in the character menu if it is selected as a mount or pet?
I would also like to note the very weak AI of companions, because of which companions often die in very stupid situations, for example, stand in AoE or do not block the blow of a mob, do not try to stay alive, and just stand in place and wait for their deaths. They end up being more of a hindrance than a help

Omegacron✭✭✭Satellite? It took me about 5 minutes of reading and re-reading to figure out you were talking about companions. I definitely agree that we should be able to see helmets on them, and being able to tweak the combat AI (perhaps by picking a role like 'Healer', 'Melee DPS', 'Tank', etc.) would be nice.0 -
