Skill slot sound

Adding the new scribe skill healing contingency makes my button slot sound chime every time I shift run, use my Light or Heavy attacks and it's EVERY time. I go to my settings audio and lower the button sounds and it resets back to 100 every time it chimes.
When I remove the skill, it stops chiming. I really want to use the skill, but I don't want to kill my sound in it's entirety just to disable something that shouldn't be an issue.
