is luminous ink supposed to drop from looted urns?

the upgrade says 'harvesting nodes' and a guildmate of mine was arguing that they can't drop from looted urns, but i got one from an urn in necrom city. it appeared as a stolen item, as any looted item would, and i laundered it. so is this bugged?

Im not sure why not? I got one from a backpack on the side of a river, so any containers would seem possible.

well, because the upgrade says it drops from 'harvesting nodes'. urns, backpacks, chests not harvesting nodes. that's just ore, fibre, wood, plants, runes. i read that another player looted one from a backpack.

let it be said, though, that the drop rate is horrid atm (and zos confirmed that it's not working right for monsters)

I got from 3 times from backpack as well, someone in another thread said they stole 2 from urns in Necrom https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8123885/#Comment_8123885

Plentiful Harvest procs on water from those containers, so they count as a "normal resource node" for that purpose. They just don't count as a "resource node" for the purposes of events that increase resources.

Necrom is going to be popping again with urn looters. Just make sure you got the companion or his permanent upgrade active.
