can't do scout report at rayles keep lumber yard on raven or black

i can't scout rayles keep in either raven or black. i push E, the animation starts, halfway thru it tells me to push E. it keeps looping like that. i did (not nec in this order) a reloadui, relog, left cyro and came back in. retried both raven and black. one campaign has the yard owned by dc and the other had it owned by ep. any ideas?

I'm getting this bug today. On a blue character, tried it in one campaign where the lumber was owned by blue, tried another campaign where it was red.

i had a slight issue where it said 'completed: travel to xx resource' then 'failed: travel to xx resource' but i was able to complete it after i moved a bit closer to the resource
