I have already got the fragments now I have to get the items from the Daedric princes. It tells me to go to Ardent Hope but I don`t have access, what gives?

Recent✭✭✭✭✭Ardent hope is in the headlands which is a dlc but you shouldn't need the headlands dlc to activate this quest just find the fox first and he opens the portal....Edited by Recent on June 7, 2024 10:26PM0 -
Recent✭✭✭✭✭You need to go to Auridon dawnbreak and go to second floor of a burnt building ...there will be a portal open for you.
