Scribing Skills Making Annoying "Proc" Noise Everytime You HIghlight/Mouse Over A Target?

This is regarding Mender's Bond, It's using the same noise as when crystal frags procs. Is this happening for everyone? Is there a way to turn it off without affecting other important sound cues? Is an addon doing this? I noticed the destro scribed skill doing the same thing on another character. Both happened in Cyrodiil.

I tested my first scribing yesterday, and yes, just having it in the bar (without using it) made that sound again and again and again. Had to remove it from the bar after 2 minutes. This certainly needs to be fixed ASAP.

It's an add-on, S'rendarr.

Go to the addon setting, general options, and change Play Sound On Proc to "None"

You can turn Enable Bar Proc Animations off entirely which will also work, but I like seeing the shiny icons.
